2. Services & Payments

  • All services provided by WebMinds Studio are subject to an agreed-upon contract or proposal.
  • Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for service completion.
  • Any delays caused by the client in providing materials or approvals may impact project timelines.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all content provided to us.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, code, and creative work remain the property of WebMinds Studio until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for third-party assets.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within *7 days* of service initiation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation of ongoing projects may result in a *partial refund*, depending on the amount of work completed.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind after the project has started.
  2. Delays, lack of communication, or non-responsiveness from the client that impact the project timeline.
  3. Partial payments, deposits, or advance payments already made.
  4. Services that have already been completed and delivered.
  5. Requests made after the 7-day refund period.
  6. Projects delayed or affected due to the client’s failure to provide the required content, approvals, or information.

 

WebMinds Studio reserves the right to cancel a project at any time under the following circumstances:

  1. The client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward any employee or representative of WebMinds Studio.
  2. The client repeatedly fails to provide required information, approvals, or materials necessary to complete the project.
  3. The client requests work that is illegal, unethical, or violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
  4. The client breaches the agreed terms and conditions or fails to make payments as agreed.
  5. The client attempts to misuse, reverse, or exploit services in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

 

In the event that WebMinds Studio cancels a project for reasons not caused by the client, any applicable refund will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • WebMinds Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from SEO or marketing efforts.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect client confidentiality and do not share project details without consent.
  • Clients’ personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from WebMinds Studio. This includes SMS messages for customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at
